PCG Construction Installation and Planning shall be structured in such a manner as to include all mandatory plans, methods, standard tools and procedures implemented in line with our client’s requirements, the contents of the construction planning shall be subject to final review by our clients and PCG leadership team.

Core documents for the construction team are our policies, procedures and guidelines defined by our Operational Manager and developed by our site leadership teams and approved by senior management. It sets out in a structured format the project construction scope, objectives and relative priorities. This includes plans, quality control, HSE procedures and control processes for project implementation and for monitoring and reporting progress to our clients.

Prime Concrete Group (PCG) has been awarded another four projects based on their achievement on the first stage providing and demonstrating their strong commitment to delivering a safe and responsible outcome during the installation of the newly developed precast acoustic retaining walls. The new design system shall support our contract commitments with a safe installation programme for these projects.

Prime Concrete Group were appointed by our client as the preferred contractor to instigate a detailed review and to facilitate their new corrosion remediation programme to repair and strengthen the existing lattice legs and pole towers. As a turnkey solution provider our objective is to assist with each utility to the highest level of project implementation.
